Digital Marketing Account Manager
Job Summary
CC1 is a digital marketing agency that specialises in the security, military, defence not for profit sectors. We’re looking for an account manager with digital marketing experience who has also worked in the military/defence sector. A successful candidate would have agency experience to bring to the role. As signatories to the Armed Forces Covenant and Bronze Award holders, we actively encourage veterans and members of military families to apply for this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
As the Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting key accounts, liaising with clients, and working with our digital creative teams.
You will be highly organised, a team-player, a life-long learner, and ambitious. Your cup is half-full but on the days when it is teetering on the brink the rest of the team will top it up. You’ll enjoy the responsibility and challenge of managing accounts and people while feeling comfortable running multi-layered projects.
Qualifications and Skills
We would love it if you have some of these skill-sets:
- Digital Marketing Qualifications or hands-on experience
- Knowledge of website development and the importance of SEO, pillars, and topics
- Experience with or a willingness to learn CRM systems such as Zoho, DotDigital, ConstantContact, Salesforce, Hubspot, MailChimp, etc
- Strong command of English grammar and the ability to write engaging and clear copy
- Experience with or a willingness to learn project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday, etc
- Experience with or a willingness to learn data analysis tools such as SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meltwater Media, etc
- Experience with or a willingness to learn social media scheduling tools
- Design knowledge
- Experience with or a willingness to learn paid digital advertising (native, Google Ads, Meta Ads platform, etc)
Salary and Benefits
- Flexible hours, 12-16 per week with scope for additional hours.
- Remote working with remote weekly team calls and in-person meetings as required.
- 6-month contract with a permanent contract on offer at review.
